Zero started with a question, not a manifesto.

We kept coming back to the same familiar drinks and wondering what they could become if you looked at them a little differently — if cold brew could feel sparkling and botanical, if matcha could turn velvet, if fruit, foam, tea and texture could sit together like a well-made cocktail. Not louder. Not harder. Just more interesting.

So we built a small, seasonal range of specialty cold drinks and gave ourselves room to play. Infusions, fermentation, house foams, shrubs, unexpected pairings. The kind of cup that still feels refined in the hand, but leaves a little pause after the first sip.

Zero is for the days you want something colder, prettier, and slightly off-script. A quieter kind of different. A place to follow your curiosity and start again from the first sip.

We work like mixologists who are genuinely curious about flavour.

Each drink is built in layers: a clear base, a lift, a texture, a finish. We play with ingredients, infusions, fermentation, and balance until something familiar becomes a little unexpected. Seasonal cold brew, matcha, botanical teas, fruit, spice, foam — only what earns its place.

The menu stays short on purpose. Fewer drinks, more intention. We don’t make things complicated. We chase that small, satisfying moment when the first sip lands and you think, oh… that’s interesting.
