2. The information we collect

We collect information you give us and information generated when you use the site.

Information you provide:

•       name, email address, phone number, and delivery or billing address;

•       order details, product preferences, and messages you send us;

•       account login details if you create an account;

•       newsletter or waitlist sign-ups; and

•       reviews, survey answers, or competition entries.

Information collected automatically:

•       device and browser type, IP address, general location, pages viewed, and referring site;

•       cookies and similar technologies (see section 7); and

•       basic analytics about how the site is used.

Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment, the last few digits of a card, and billing name — not your full card number or CVV.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

•       website, ecommerce, email, and analytics providers Squarespace, Google Analytics;

•       a buyer if the business is sold, on the basis that they honour this policy.

Some providers are located outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps so your information is handled in a way that is consistent with Australian privacy expectations.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Order and tax records are typically kept for at least seven years. You can ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access limits, and reputable third-party platforms. No website or transmission is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password if you have an account.

7. Cookies and similar tools
